MEET KAT
Kat started her career inside corrections which means she understood the culture, the pressure, and the cost of the job before she ever sat in a consulting room. She went on to become a psychologist within the system, then built a thriving private practice, and now works as a performance psychologist with elite athletes on the Australian Swim and Cycling Teams - actively preparing them for the 2028 Olympics.
Kat knows what it takes to perform at the highest level without losing yourself in the process. She brings the science, the strategy, and a deeply practical understanding of what high-performing women actually need - not surface-level solutions, but tools that create real change. She lives for exercise, travel, self-development, and helping women realise that the life they want is not out of reach. You'll find her happiest outdoors, at the beach, or cheering on the women around her to dream big.
MEET NAT
Nat didn't read about frontline burnout in a manual. She lived it. Starting as a Correctional Officer, she worked her way up through the ranks — Riot Response Team, Supervisor, Manager — all while quietly figuring out how to build a life that felt like hers on the other side of the gate.
In her twenties she represented Australia in powerlifting and broke international records. She owns an activewear brand with her wife. She travels, invests in the things she loves, and grounds herself in nature and the ocean. And she still shows up to corrections every week.
That's the point. That's the whole point. Nat is certified in NLP, Emotional Change Technique, and Hypnosis — and she uses every one of those tools to help frontline women stop waiting for permission and start backing themselves. Her belief is simple: you can have it all. The badge, the career, the relationships, the life. All of it.
She's living proof.
